CONDITION

Card Condition Guide

How we grade every relic in the vault.

We use the standard TCG condition scale. Every card is inspected under direct light and graded before listing. Here's what each grade means:

NM — Near Mint

Crisp, clean, no visible wear. May have a minor factory imperfection visible only on close inspection. The standard for fresh pulls.

LP — Lightly Played

Minor wear on edges or corners, light surface scuffing, or slight whitening. Still sharp and presentable. No major defects.

MP — Moderately Played

Visible edge wear, corner rounding, surface scratches, or moderate whitening. Clearly played but structurally sound.

HP — Heavily Played

Significant wear: heavy edge whitening, creases, bends, or surface damage. Card is complete and playable but shows its history.

DMG — Damaged

Major defects: heavy creasing, liquid damage, tears, or ink marks. Sold as-is, usually for gameplay only.

Graded Cards

Professionally graded cards (PSA, BGS, CGC) carry the grade on the slab — that grade is final and supersedes our raw condition assessment. We list the grader and grade in the product title.
