VAULT GUARANTEE

100% Authenticity Guaranteed

Every single card that enters the vault is inspected, verified, and authenticated by our team before it reaches you. We stand behind every artifact we sell — if it's not genuine, it doesn't ship. Period.

Expert Inspection

Every card is hand-checked by our TCG specialists for authenticity, condition, and grading accuracy.

Buyer Protection

If a card is found to be inauthentic or not as described, we issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Graded Verification

PSA, CGC, and BGS graded slabs are verified against registry databases. Raw cards are examined under magnification.

VAULT PROTOCOL

How We Pack Your Cards

Every order goes through our six-step vault protocol to ensure your cards arrive in the same condition they left the vault.

01

Penny Sleeve

Every card is first placed in a crystal-clear penny sleeve to protect the surface from scratches and fingerprints.

02

Top Loader

The sleeved card is then inserted into a rigid top loader, guarding against bends, creases, and edge wear during transit.

03

Team Bag

The top loader is sealed inside a waterproof team bag, keeping moisture and dust out so your card arrives pristine.

04

Cardboard Sandwich

For raw cards, we sandwich the team-bagged card between two pieces of sturdy cardboard and tape the edges securely.

05

Rigid Mailer or Box

Graded slabs go into bubble-wrapped boxes; raw cards ship in reinforced rigid mailers that won't bend in transit.

06

Sealed & Labelled

Every parcel is sealed with tamper-evident tape and marked 'DO NOT BEND' so Australia Post knows to treat it with care.
