Change of Mind
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for change of mind, provided the card is returned in the same condition it was sent — sleeved, unsleeved as shipped, and unmarked. Refunds are issued to the original payment method minus return shipping costs.
Condition Disputes
If a card arrives in a condition lower than advertised, contact us within 7 days with photos. We'll issue a full refund (including return shipping) or a partial refund to reflect the actual condition — your choice.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened booster packs and sealed products (once opened).
- Mystery bundles and grab bags (contents are random by nature).
- Buylist payouts (store credit and cash are final once issued).
How to Return
- Email us with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll provide a return address and instructions.
- Ship the card back securely packaged.
- Refund issued within 3 business days of receiving the return.
