Using the Store
By placing an order with Vault Cards Australia, you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to make a purchase.
Pricing & Availability
- All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund.
- Inventory is live; if an item is out of stock after you order, we'll refund you promptly.
Buylist Terms
- Buylist quotes are estimates based on the condition you select; final payout is confirmed after we inspect the cards.
- Store credit payouts receive a 15% bonus over cash payouts.
- Cards sent to us become our property once the payout is accepted; we can return cards only if we reject the submission.
Loyalty Program
- Vault Rewards points are earned at 10 points per $1 spent and have no cash value.
- Points and rewards may expire or change at our discretion; we'll give notice of material changes.
- Reward coupons are single-use and cannot be combined unless stated.
Liability
We're not liable for cards lost or damaged in transit when untracked shipping is selected. Tracked shipping is recommended for higher-value orders. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the order.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance.
